All aspects of the build working closely with the design team. Sourcing of materials, skilled specialist labour and on-site management are handled in-house leaving the client free to concentrate on finishes, fittings and furnishings.

Communication is key to the smooth running of a build project and we have a good record of maintaining this with our clients from day one through to post completion.

Murray Alexander

Murray has overall responsibility for Sales, Marketing and Budgeting within the Company. He is also responsible for all matters relating to Health and Safety. He has built up a comprehensive knowledge of the construction business and is committed to providing clients with a high standard of service.

Sandy Farmer

Sandy is the key contact for all clients and has a particular interest in high quality residential design. His 20 years of practical experience in all aspects of the construction process and his innate ability to manage work programmes are invaluable in terms of successful construction projects. Sandy project manages all builds from commencement to completion, with responsibility for timescales, material sourcing, liaising with Architects, Engineers and Clients.

Martin Johnstone

Martin has been with Alexander and Co since its inception and is the key contact on site. Having worked on many house builds Martin has gained experience of the wide variety of construction methods and solutions available. He liaises with all trades people, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure a high quality of workmanship and materials in a timely and tidy manner.
